Three cubes of each of the following vegetables: butternut, sweet potato, pumpkin & squash, steamed & blended to a coarse texture.

Tweenies are ideal for starting your baby on solids. Use one vegetable variety for three days in a row (i.e., carrot for three days, followed by parsnip, etc.). Tweenies can be combined with Dinkies, Meaties & Spinkies.
