3 cubes of each of the following vegetables: butternut, sweet potato, pumpkin & squash, steamed & blended to a coarse texture. Tweenies are ideal for starting your baby on solids. Use one vegetable variety for 3 days in a row i.e., butternut for 3 days, followed by sweet potato etc. Tweenies can be combined with Dinkies, Meaties & Spinkies.
