3 cubes of each of the following vegetables, carrots, potato, parsnip, pattypan & courgette, steamed & blended to a coarse texture. Tweenies are ideal for starting your baby on solids. Use one vegetable variety for 3 days in a row i.e., carrot for 3 days, followed by parsnip etc. Tweenies can be combined dinkies, Meaties & Spinkies.
