Scrummy Veggie Flatties
These flatties are just delicious and super easy to make. They can be served with fresh avocado, baby tomatoes, sliced cucumber or even bacon. Perfect for the entire family to enjoy.

INGREDIENTS

6 defrosted Baby Tastes Dinkies cubes, the flavour of your choice
1 egg – beaten
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
¼ cup milk

METHOD

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix gently until combined.
  2. Heat a non-stick frying pan on the stovetop, and spray with non-stick spray.
  3. Place tablespoonfuls of mixture onto the pan.
  4. When little bubbles start to appear, flip the flatties and cook for a further 60 – 90 seconds.
