When introducing one of these allergens namely: egg, peanut butter, fish or dairy, it is essential to have an antihistamine syrup available for any allergic reactions. Consult your paediatric nurse before starting with the allergen range. Use the three-day rule for a baby between 4 and 6 months of age. Introduce one allergen meal per week. For the first three days give one cube only, thereafter, feed chosen allergen twice a week.
